Tamworth FC's reserve side came back from Barwell at the weekend with a point in a game that they could have won had it not been for the woodwork and the fog.
They are in action again on Tuesday night, at The Lamb, against Coleshill Town and it is likely a number of first team players will feature in the quarter final cup tie. Kick off is 7.45pm.
Meanwhile, the Under 16s recorded a fine win over previously unbeaten Hinckley.
